When you place an order with the International Soap Box Derby, Inc., we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, and email address. The ISBD considers this information private and keeps this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. Your private information will only be used for the limited purposes of processing your order, administering our site and notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (if you select to be included on our mailing list). The ISBD does not share your private information with any outside sources.
Always check your order and report any discrepancy and/or shortage to the International Soap Box Derby, Inc. (ISBD) Headquarters within thirty (30) days of the receipt of your order.
The ISBD will issue a full refund on all merchandise cancelled prior to shipment. No order is permitted to be cancelled after shipment.
In order to return merchandise, you must first contact the ISBD Headquarters within thirty (30) days of the receipt of your order. All merchandise must be returned in its unassembled, original condition at your expense.
Exchange or Refund
If the returned merchandise is determined to have a manufacturer defect, the item(s) will be replaced at the cost of the ISBD. Exchanges take approximately two to five business days to process and reship the merchandise after receipt of the item(s).
If a refund is required, the ISBD will refund the purchase price of the merchandise less 10% of the cost of the order for restocking. There is no refund on shipping. Refunds are always issued back to the credit card used to purchase the initial order. In the case of the initial order being paid by check or money order, the ISBD will issue a refund check for the amount. Refunds take approximately two business days to process a credit back to a credit card and approximately two to five business days to issue a refund check.
The International Soap Box Derby, Inc. requests that you allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of your order.
Calculating a Shipping Cost
To calculate the shipping cost of your order, please use the following steps:
- Enter the item(s) that you wish to purchase into your Shopping Cart.
- Select the desired Shipping Method (UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day,3rd Day etc.).
- Enter your Destination Zip Code.
- Choose your shipping method.
- Your shipping cost will appear.
Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or USPS rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size and distance shipped.
Please be advised that we will not ship certain items (due to size and/or weight) via USPS.
UPS may not deliver on Saturday or Sunday in your area; therefore, the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time.
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, orders ship out Monday through Friday around 4:30 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
Periodically, situations occur where we may be out of stock of certain items. In those situations, the delivery time may vary until the stock is replenished.
For faster delivery, UPS offers 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.
Express orders are given top priority and are typically shipped within twenty-four hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these express orders ship out Monday through Friday around 2:30 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
Typically, an express order placed prior to 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) will ship out that same day.
At this time, our online system is not capable of calculating rates for shipments outside of the United States. Shipping costs will be assessed and charged to your credit card accordingly without further notification.

Tracking Your Order
After your order has been processed, you will be sent a tracking number via the email address you provided. Due to the volume of shipments processed, we ask that you track your shipment online before calling our office for assistance.
Orders chosen to be shipped via the USPS do not have a tracking number.
